Treasure Club-villkor

1. What Is Treasure Club?

Treasure Club is a free loyalty programme operated by Ikistore OÜ (registry code 16938547), the company behind lastenurk.com ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling you earn cashback in the form of store credit on qualifying purchases.

2. Eligibility

Any customer who holds a registered account on lastenurk.com may enroll. One membership per customer account. Business or reseller accounts are not eligible.

3. Enrollment

Enrollment is free. To join, log in to your account and complete the enrollment form on the Treasure Club page. Membership begins immediately upon successful enrollment.

4. Cashback

  • You earn 5% cashback on the net subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and gift cards) of every qualifying order.
  • Cashback is issued as store credit denominated in the currency of your order.
  • Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or applied to gift card purchases.

5. Pending Period

Cashback enters a 15-day pending period after your order is paid. During this window the amount is visible in your wallet as "Pending" but cannot be used. The pending period allows for returns and payment verification.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • If you return items before cashback is released, the cashback is recalculated based on the remaining order value.
  • If you return items after cashback has been released, the corresponding cashback amount will be deducted from your store credit balance.
  • If a full refund is issued, no cashback is granted for that order.

7. Using Your Balance

Your store credit balance is available as a payment method at checkout. Select it to apply your balance to the order. No promo code is needed. If your balance does not cover the full order total, the remainder is charged to your selected payment method.

8. Expiry

  • Unused cashback expires 12 months after it was issued.
  • We will send reminder emails at 3 months, 2 months, 1 month, and 15 days before expiry.
  • Placing a new qualifying order does not extend the expiry of previously earned cashback.

9. Fraud and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to revoke cashback, suspend, or terminate your membership if we detect abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on an order for which cashback was issued.
  • Creating multiple accounts to earn additional cashback.
  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the programme.

If a chargeback is filed, the associated cashback will be deducted from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, your membership may be flagged for review.

10. Programme Changes

We may modify these terms, the cashback percentage, the pending period, or any other programme feature at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

  • By you: You may leave Treasure Club at any time by contacting us at info@lastenurk.com. Any unredeemed store credit remains available until it expires.
  • By us: We may terminate your membership for breach of these terms or discontinue the programme entirely. If the programme is discontinued, you will have at least 30 days to use your remaining balance.

12. Personal Data

We process your personal data (name, email, order history, store credit balance) to operate Treasure Club. For details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy. Marketing communications related to Treasure Club are only sent if you have given separate consent.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
